One 5ft table, 4 camping chairs, 1 9×12 outdoor area rug, 2 wheel chocks, 20ft of sewer hoses, 25ft of drinking water hose with 90 degree elbow and a water pressure regulator and 6 pieces of wood for leveling the rv.

I acknowledge the RV I have received is in good physical working condition and I will return the RV in the same condition. I take financial responsibility for any damages to the RV upon return.

I acknowledge that I or anyone in my party will not smoke in the RV. I acknowledge the strict NO SMOKING policy. IF THERE IS ANY evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana, a minimum fine of $250 will be charged to my card on file or taken out of my security deposit.

I acknowledge that the (generator if applicable), awning, awning lights, radio, microwave, television, dvd, cables, propane tanks and all appliances are all convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made. However, I acknowledge that Company does provide technical assistance if any issues occur during your rental period. I can call Daniel from 9am till 7pm (7 days a week ) at 904-548-7270. If there is no answer, I will hang up and send a text message.
