$125 PER NIGHT
This unit rents for $125.00 per night. Minimum rental period is 1 nights / 2 days. A refundable security deposit of $500 must be paid via credit card at the time of pickup. Prices do not include 7.5% sales tax, booking fee or cleaning fee. Please Note: We do not provide linens, towels or pillows. Please be sure to bring your own. If you are flying in from out of town, please call us to make special arrangements. We do have a limited amount of cookware if needed. On our travel trailers, we provide you with a weight distribution hitch, which we will set up and adjust for you when you pick up the unit. It makes pulling the RV easy and helps keep it from swaying.
All of our RVs also come with the following:
4 – camping chairs
1 – large 9×12 RV patio area mat
1 – 5 foot folding table
1 – 30amp to 50amp or 50 amp to 30 amp adapter
6 – leveling blocks
20 ft of sewer hose
1 – 25 ft water hose with a water pressure regulator and 90 degree elbow
2 – RV toilet paper roles
1 – trash can
1 – broom
And a Keurig style coffee maker
We do not provide linens, towels or pillows. Please be sure to bring your own. If you are flying in from out of town, please call us to make special arrangements. We do have a limited amount of cookware if needed.
We also have GENERATORS available for rent.
Customer must carry full coverage auto insurance on the towing vehicle and shall provide a statement from their insurance carrier that they have towing liability coverage that extends to a non-owned vehicle. Customer agrees to maintain continuous insurability during the full period of this agreement.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is excess liability insurance that meant to protect you against third party claims for bodily injury and property damage. SLI is excess coverage which can provide coverage beyond your underlying liability limits. For $14.95 per day, customers can purchase SLI, which increases your liability limits up to $1,000,000 in bodily injury and up to $500,000 in property damage liability. Purchase SLI at www.mbasli.com
Delivery/setup/pickup is available for a fee.
We are located at 13591 N Main St Jacksonville FL 32218, and we do offer delivery. Delivery charge is calculated from point A to point B at $4.50/mile. Includes delivery, set up, pickup and cleaning of the tanks. The minimum delivery fee is 145.00. Please feel free to contact us for a quote.
We can also deliver our motorhomes. Contact us for a quote.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations shall be made online.
- To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. All major credit cards are accepted.
- Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, which means a deposit has been received by RV Club USA.
- Customer must have a major credit card and valid driver’s license, same name on both, and must be present at time of pickup
- Departure times are SCHEDULED appointments, Monday – Friday starting at 9 AM with last pickup at 5 PM. No Saturday or Sunday pickups.
- Pickup appointments are very important to keep. Please be on time or you will be moved to the end of the line for pickup, if necessary.
- Returns are between 9 AM and 12 PM, Monday – Friday. We do open for early drop off if scheduled. Coordinate early drop offs with our office.
- A $25 late fee will apply to all returns that are 15 minutes late, and additional $25 fee will be added for each 15-minute overage.
- Delivery/setup/pickup is available for a fee.
- A detailed orientation will be provided upon pickup.
- Your credit card will be charged for the following: Damage to the RV, it’s contents or rental equipment, failure to dump waste tanks, pet clean up, smoke clean up and parking/toll violations.
- You are responsible for all damage to the RV (regardless of fault), and loss of use while it is being repaired.
- Decreased value of RV caused by damage or repair, which is not covered by insurance.
- All damage or loss caused by blowout, punctures or other road damage, unless the damage is caused by a “loss” that is collision on comprehensive.
- Missing equipment and/or parts.
- Theft and vandalism.
- YOU MUST report all accidents and/or damage within 3 hours of the occurrence to RV Club USA. You agree to pay these charges from the credit source listed in your contract and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities.

- Instructions and procedures for maintenance will be provided at the time of rental.
- Problems with radio, TV, satellite, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available. These are considered value added items.
- All propane tanks are full before departure.
- All propane refueling during the trip is at the customer’s expense.
- We have an “invisible pet” policy, because of potential allergens.
- Additional fees will be charged if an RV is returned showing signs of a pet (ex: pet hair removal starting at $50 and fumigation at $50/hour).
- We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. IF THERE IS ANY evidence of smoking, a minimum fine of $100 will be charged.
- Break controller is required on every towing vehicle. No exceptions.
- Hitch mounted items (bike racks, cargo racks, etc.) must be hooked up, and inspected by RV Club USA at our location before departure.
- Triple towing is strictly prohibited.
- Customers are required to bring the RV back in “near clean condition”.
- Cleaning includes basic exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, flushing hoses and adaptors.
- If the RV requires excessive cleaning, an additional fee will be charged (ex: fumigation, undercarriage pressure washing, filthy interior/exterior taking more than 30 minutes to clean, etc).
- The cleaning charge is for interior and exterior cleaning only. It does not cover any repairs needed.
