This unit has 2 small things wrong with it. 1. It has a dent on the left side where the siding has been indented. No leaks only cosmetic. 2. The vinyl on the flip down benches is peeling. The bench folds down into a queen bed. We never worried about it because it usually had a mattress on top of it or the benches were folded up. Other than that, this unit is sound. For your peace of mind, at our advertised price ONLY, we will include a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty on this toy hauler.
