All reservations shall be made online. Please contact us if you have any questions about the below terms and conditions.
- To secure the reservation, a $100 deposit is required, non refundable. All major credit cards are accepted.
- Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, which means a deposit has been received by RV Club USA.
- Reservations are limited to 7 nights or less.
- RV Club USA reserves the right to substitute a unit should a unit become unavailable for any reason. We will notify you prior to departure if this occurs and do our best to provide “like” or better than the current rental.
- All drivers must carry full coverage insurance and be named in the insurance policy.
- Member must have a major credit card and valid driver’s license, with the same name on both.
- Member must be present at time of pick-up.
- Member must provide proof of valid insurance, including towing liability coverage.
- Brake controller is required on every towing vehicle. No exceptions.
- Weight distribution and sway bar will be provided by RV Club USA for every unit.
- Departure times are SCHEDULED appointments, Monday through Friday starting at 9 AM with last pickup at 5 PM. No Saturday or Sunday pickups.
- Pickup appointments are very important to keep. Please be on time or you will be moved to the end of the line for pickup, if necessary.
- Returns are between 9 AM and 12 PM, Monday through Friday. We do open for early drop off if scheduled. Coordinate early drop offs with our office.
- A $25 late fee will apply to all returns that are 15 minutes late, and additional $25 fee will be added for each 15-minute overage.
- Delivery/setup and pickup is available at a rate of $4/mile. Contact us for additional details.
- A detailed orientation will be provided upon pickup.
- A $100 deposit is required to secure the reservation, and must be submitted with the reservation application.
- Your credit card will be charged for the following: Damage to the RV, its contents or rental equipment, failure to dump the waste tanks, pet clean up, smoke clean up and parking/toll violations.
- Reservations are not refundable but can be rescheduled. Call our office to reschedule.
- Your credit card will be charged for the following: Damage to the RV, its contents or rental equipment, failure to dump the waste tanks, pet clean up, smoke clean up and parking/toll violations.
- You are responsible for all damage to the RV (regardless of fault).
- Loss of use of the RV while it is being repaired.
- Decreased value of the RV caused by damage to it or repair of it, which is not covered by insurance.
- All damage or loss caused by blowout, punctures or other road damage, unless the damage is caused by a “loss” that is collision on comprehensive.
- Missing equipment and/or parts.
- Damage claims, no matter who is at fault.
- Theft and vandalism.
- YOU MUST report all accidents and/or damage within 3 hours of the occurrence to RV Club USA. You agree to pay these charges from the credit source listed in your contract and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities.
- Non-public roads.
- Roads with low clearance, bridges and even tree limbs.
- Unpaved, dirt roads and “off-road” areas.
- Areas that prohibit large trucks.
- If the member travels in these areas, they are liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges and other expenses.
- No mileage fees on any towable product.
- Instructions and procedures for maintenance will be provided at the time of rental.
- Problems with radio, TV, satellite, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available. These are considered value added items.
- Contact us if you have any questions during your trip.
- All propane tanks are full before departure.
- All propane refueling during the trip is at the member’s expense.
- We have an “invisible pet” policy, because of potential allergens.
- Additional fees will be charged at the sole discretion of RV Club USA if an RV is returned showing signs of a pet (ex: pet hair removal starting at $50 and fumigation at $50 per hour).
- We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. IF THERE IS ANY evidence of smoking, a minimum fine of $100 will be charged. This charge is at the sole discretion of RV Club USA.
- Break controller is required on every towing vehicle. No exceptions.
- Hitch mounted items (bike racks, cargo racks, etc.) must be hooked up, and inspected by RV Club USA at our location before departure.
- Triple towing is strictly prohibited.
Additional accessories such as pots and pans, eating utensils, plates, cups, bedding, camping supplies, toasters, coffee pots, etc. are available through RV Club USA. Please contact us for further details.
- Members are required to bring the RV back in “near clean condition” or a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Cleaning includes basic exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, hoses and adaptors.
- If the RV requires special cleaning, an additional fee will be charged (ex: fumigation, undercarriage pressure washing, filthy interior/exterior taking more than 30 minutes to clean, etc.). This fee is at the sole discretion of RV Club USA.
- The cleaning charge is for interior and exterior cleaning only. It does not cover any repairs needed.
