This unit rents for $99.00 per night. Minimum rental period is 1 nights / 2 days. Price do not include 7.5% sales tax or the $100 booking fee. A refundable security deposit of $500 must be paid via credit card at the time of pickup. The booking fee includes unit prep, RV complete walk-thru with one of our professionals, 2 full propane tanks, toilet paper/toilet chemicals and final cleaning.

On our travel trailers, we provide you with a weight distribution hitch, which we will set up and adjust for you when you pick up the unit. It makes pulling the RV easy and helps keep it from swaying.

All of our RVs also come with the following:

We also have GENERATORS available for rent.

We are located at 13591 N Main St Jacksonville FL 32218, and we do offer delivery. Delivery charge is calculated from point A to point B at $4/mile. Delivery includes delivery, set up, pickup and cleaning of the tanks. The minimum delivery fee is 125.00. Please feel free to contact us for a quote.

Yes, A mandatory detailed orientation will be provided to all renters upon pickup. Each unit is different, so we walk renters through all the systems, as well as perform a safety walk-through with renters prior to departure.

We have an “invisible pet” policy, because of potential allergens.  Additional fees will be charged if an RV is returned showing signs of a pet (ex: pet hair removal starting at $50 and fumigation at $50/hour).

We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. IF THERE IS ANY evidence of smoking, a minimum fine of $500 will be charged.

Awnings are very susceptible to wind and renters are instructed to put down or stored properly each night and during the day if there are high winds. We suggest that they use it only when you are able to supervise the awning. We ask that at night they properly store and return the awning to its closed position. Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental period for any awning damage as it is not covered under insurance.

Any malfunction must be reported to RV Club USA as soon as possible.

Customer must carry full coverage auto insurance on the towing vehicle and shall provide a statement from their insurance carrier that they have towing liability coverage that extends to a non-owned vehicle.  Customer agrees to maintain continuous insurability during the full period of this agreement.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is excess liability insurance that meant to protect you against third party claims for bodily injury and property damage.  SLI is excess coverage which can provide coverage beyond your underlying liability limits.  For $14.95 per day, customers can purchase SLI, which increases your liability limits up to $1,000,000 in bodily injury and up to $500,000 in property damage liability.  Purchase SLI at www.mbasli.com

RESERVATIONS:  All reservations shall be made online.

  • To secure a reservation, a minimum of half the reservation cost must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the reservation date. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, which means a payment has been received by RV Club USA.

RENTER AND DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer must have a major credit card and valid driver’s license, same name on both, and must be present at time of pickup

DEPARTURE AND RETURN:

  • Departure times are SCHEDULED appointments starting at 9 AM with last pickup at 5 PM. Saturday or Sunday pickups must be scheduled for 9 AM.
  • Pickup appointments are very important to keep. Please be on time or you will be moved to the next available time slot.
  • Returns are anytime before 5 PM Monday – Friday. Returns on the weekends must be scheduled in advance.
  • Delivery/setup/pickup is available for a fee.
  • A detailed orientation will be provided upon pickup.

RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGE AND LOSS:

  • Your credit card will be charged for the following: Damage to the RV, it’s contents or rental equipment, failure to dump waste tanks, pet clean up, smoke clean up and parking/toll violations.
  • You are responsible for all damage to the RV (regardless of fault), and loss of use while it is being repaired.
  • Decreased value of RV caused by damage or repair, which is not covered by insurance.
  • All damage or loss caused by blowout, punctures or other road damage, unless the damage is caused by a “loss” that is collision on comprehensive.
  • Missing equipment and/or parts.
  • Theft and vandalism.
  • YOU MUST report all accidents and/or damage within 3 hours of the occurrence to RV Club USA. You agree to pay these charges from the credit source listed in your contract and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities.
  • MILEAGE: No mileage fees on any towable product.

RESTRICTED AREAS:

  • Non-public roads, or areas that prohibit large vehicles.
  • Unpaved roads, off-road areas, roads with low clearance, bridges and tree limbs.
  • If the customer travels in these areas, they are liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges and other expenses.

MAINTENANCE AND BREAKDOWN POLICY:

  • Instructions and procedures for maintenance will be provided at the time of rental.
  • Problems with radio, TV, satellite, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available.  These are considered value added items.

PROPANE FUEL:

  • All propane tanks are full before departure.
  • All propane refueling during the trip is at the customer’s expense.

TOWING:

  • Break controller is required on every towing vehicle. No exceptions.
  • Hitch mounted items (bike racks, cargo racks, etc.) must be hooked up, and inspected by RV Club USA at our location before departure.
  • Triple towing is strictly prohibited.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:  Additional accessories such as pots and pans, eating utensils, plates, cups, bedding, camping supplies, toasters, coffee pots, etc. are available for rental or purchase through RV Club USA.

CLEANING THE RV:

  • Customers are required to bring the RV back in “near clean condition”.
  • Cleaning includes basic exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, flushing hoses and adaptors.
  • If the RV requires excessive cleaning, an additional fee will be charged (ex: fumigation, undercarriage pressure washing, filthy interior/exterior taking more than 30 minutes to clean, etc).
  • The cleaning charge is for interior and exterior cleaning only. It does not cover any repairs needed.
